How do I apply for a position?
Individuals interested in employment with ICON may apply through the Job Opportunities section of the website. ICON has an Applicant Tracking System that is linked directly to our career site, where you can upload a profile and submit a CV/Resume. You will then be prompted to select your desired region and country. Once a country is selected you can narrow your search by position, location, or simply submit your CV/Resume for future consideration.
CV/Resume submission to ICON will require you to create a user name and password. The same user name and password should be used to apply for additional positions or to update an existing profile. You may apply to ICON without applying for a specific position and this can be done by choosing ‘general application’. All CVs/ Resumes will be maintained in our database for future consideration.
What information do I need to fill out when applying for a position?
Please fill out as much information as possible. The required information (i.e.- e-mail address, first and last name, primary phone, etc.) which needs to be filled out is identified by a red asterisk.
What happens to my CV/Resume after it is submitted?
Upon submission of your CV/Resume, you will receive an e-mail notification that your information has been successfully uploaded to ICON’s system. Your CV/ Resume will then be available to our recruitment team who will review and assess your skill set. A member of the recruitment team may contact you for additional information, which will be gathered via an electronic questionnaire, a phone conversation or a face to face meeting.
Once the additional information requested has been received and reviewed, selected candidates will be contacted to begin the interview process. Interviews take place via phone, face to face, or video conference and are conducted by members of the recruitment team and/or the hiring manager. The number of interviews may vary based on the position.
Upon completion of all interviews, the recruitment team and/or hiring manager will make a decision. Once a decision is reached, an offer of employment will be extended to the candidate that best meets the requirements for the position. All interview candidates will receive notification from ICON on the outcome of their application.
Will I be considered for other positions once I have applied to a specific position?
Yes, your CV/Resume will be available to be viewed by all members of the recruitment team that recruit for various departments within ICON. You will be contacted if your experience aligns better with another opportunity.
Will my CV/Resume ever be shared with another party outside of ICON?
No information is shared or sold to outside parties. All information is confidential and remains within ICON’s database until deleted or requested to be removed by the individual.
