Refund Policy and Cancellation: 1. Attendee can cancel their registration up to 30 days prior to workshop start date, and they will get refund minus 10% of the total cost of the workshop they were registered for. 2. If an attendee cancels 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop, they will NOT get a refund, however they can use as a voucher towards a future workshop if they choose. 3. ICON reserves the right to cancel scheduled workshops up to 60 days prior to the start of the workshop and refund registered attendees for the cancelled workshop their registration fees only. (Note: ICON will not reimburse for travel that has been set up. Attendees should make travel arrangements after the workshop dates have been confirmed (i.e. within 60 days of the workshop start date).
